When most clients meet our dogs, they usually ask 1. what do we feed the Theishof Dogs and Puppies and 2. with what products do we bathe them. These are frequent questions because their coats are always shiny, colorful, and very soft, their skin is always very healthy with no sores or dander, and their muscle tone is always excellent. RED BARN GRAIN FREE BEEF TRAINING ROLLS...

This is the best food I have found for training with my Theishof puppies and adult dogs. I use it for tracking and obedience training and you can usually find it at the major pet stores across our country, on line of course, and also at many smaller independent pet stores in local cities if you prefer to support your local small business.

LIFE LINE PET...

All of my Theishof dogs and puppies are also supplemented with Life Line Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil, one reason their coats are soooooo shiny when you meet them in person! After a lot of research into Salmon Oil, this is the brand that I selected to add to my dogs feeding regiment. It was one of the only brands that I found regularly test their salmon oil for contaminants and I know that mercury and other heavy metals can be an issue in fish, so I wanted to make sure to find a Salmon oil for their skin and coats that regularly tests for these contaminants. Once I tried this shampoo and conditioner on the Theishof Dogs about 17 years ago, I have never used another shampoo or conditioner since! It is literally the best I have used and I don't see myself ever going to another product! AND LASTLY...

A force blow dryer for the dogs was one of the best investments I have ever made!!! These dryers force out dead coat as the dog is shedding and gets their skin and coat much drier after a bath, which is very important if you live in a state that has very cold winters. If you plan on bathing the dog yourself and not using a groomer, do yourself a favor and buy a blow dryer!!!
